What would 6 classes actually look like in District 1? According to one Internet poster, this is the breakdown in District 1 if the 6 classes came about today. The state would be split into six even classes of approximately 96 schools per class. This is what the District 1 breakdown would look like based, on straight enrollment. This brake down assumes that no school is voluntarily playing up a classification, like Bethlehem Catholic, Imhotep Charter, Aliquippa, Jeannette, and a host of District 12 schools currently do. This is based on the current enrollment numbers on the PIAA website for football. Please keep in mind that this is just one fans good faith speculation as to what District 1 might look like. Also, remember that all enrollment numbers will be revised later this fall.
