Haven freshman football beat Ridley 16-0 to get their first win of the season.
The first half was a back and forth stalemate of two evenly matched teams. Quarterback Will Taylor scored the first touchdown with a long run on a quarterback keeper and then punched in the two point conversion on a quarterback sneak.
Great defensive plays all day which was led by Logan Knaub and Shane Flanigan.
Connor Kelly scored the second touchdown on a stellar run cutting across the field and accelerating around the end to put the game away. Christian Kaufman capped off the scoring by catching a two point conversion pass from Will Taylor. The team is now 1-1 on the season.
Next game is Wednesday at home vs CB South.
