The JV Panthers took a last second loss to Marple Newtown on Monday night under the lights, 28-22, dropping their season record to 5-2.

The Panthers offensively were led by Jack Ryder who threw the ball extremely well, including a 50 yard touchdown pass to Dylan Fitzgerald. The other two scores were provided on the ground by Jaris Adams and Koll Piechel.

Defensively the Panthers had trouble tackling Marple all night. Chris Willette provided the only bright spot on defense with an interception setting up one of Haven’s scores.

The Panthers will try to get back on the winning track on the road at Haverford next Monday.
