In a thrilling game the Strath Haven Freshman Panthers lost in the final seconds of the game to the Ridley Raiders 14-12.
Each team has succeeded in scoring touchdowns in the first half but both missed their respective two-point conversations.
The Panthers were able take the lead on a 2nd half 28-yard pass from Jeff McDonough to Matt Tamayo giving the Panthers a 12-6 lead after failing to complete the 2-point conversion.
The Panther defense held until the last seconds of the 4th quarter when the Raiders Makhi Rodgers ran into the end zone in the final seconds. Marlon Harper ran off the right side to complete the 2-point conversion giving Ridley the win.
Calvin Kerr rushed for 26-yards including a 7-yard touchdown run. Quinn Hogarth had 56 rushing yards.
Defense was led by Colin Kearns, John Williams, Shane Burger and Quinn Hogarth with multiple tackles.
