Haven freshman team pulled out a close win over Ridley 8-6 on Wednesday.
Jalen Starr made a big catch and run, which led to a Jake Plunkett touchdown. Cole Haly caught a pass from Patrick O’Connor to convert the two point play.
The Haven defense played tough all day eventually stopping a two point attempt by Ridley to win the game.
The Freshman next game is against Penncrest on September 20th at George L. King field at 3:45 PM.
